I pride myself that my cakes taste as good as they look. I am a keen baker who enjoys creating new recipes. All my cakes are made using fresh ingredients, real butter and free range eggs. Here is a mouth-watering selection of my favourite recipes. **** Madagascan Vanilla Sponge A feather light sponge filled with champagne strawberry jam and vanilla cream **** Devils Chocolate Cake A wonderfully moist chocolate cake filled with a rich chocolate ganache. **** Carrot Cake A nutty lightly spiced carrot cake filled with a zesty orange cream. **** Strawberry and White Chocolate Sponge A light sponge mixed with fresh puréed strawberries and white chocolate chunks. **** Baileys Cake A boozy chocolate sponge with a splash of Irish Whisky and filled with Baileys butter cream. **** Rich Fruit Cake A traditional moist dark fruit cake, full of dried fruit and nuts and fed with Ruby Port. **** Lemon Almond Cake My signature cake, a moist lemony sponge made with ground almonds instead of flour very suitable for Coeliacs. **** Red Velvet Cake The classic American flavour, a vibrant red sponge with a splash of vanilla, a spoon of cocoa and a dash of almond essence. **** Raspberry & Dark Chocolate Cake A light sponge with a scatter of fresh raspberries, dark chocolate slithers and filled with Belgian chocolate cream. **** St Clements Cake A orange sponge filled with a lemon curd and lemon cream. **** Most of my recipes can be altered to meet special dietary needs such as Gluten Free and Vegan |
